The best thing about the Dubai chocolate craze was getting to put a really 'nutty' cocktail on the menu. The Dubai chocolate bar, often referred to as "Can't Get Knafeh of It," was created in 2021 by Sarah Hamouda, a British-Egyptian entrepreneur and founder of Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai.
